Did you know that that Mexican law recognizes 68 indigenous languages in the country in addition to Spanish? Mexico is one of the richest and most diverse culture of Latin-America where the heritage of Incas and Mayas is combined with European culture. Apart from colorful festivities like Cinco del Mayo and Day of the Virgin of Guadalupe, Mexico also has a very rich gastronomy and breathtaking wildlife. All this and much more will be introduced to us by Luis, our volunteer from Mexico City. He will also prepare some traditional food for everyone to get a taste of Mexico.
