At the end of 1935, in a small village of Galicia, Moncho, a little boy, is about to start school. He is afraid. But with the help of Don Gregorio, Moncho will begin his learning of life and nature. With the beginning of the war, the values and principles will be forgotten and the relation between master and pupil will be broken.
