SPANISH CUISINE COOKING CLASS
Cooking course will be carried out by Ángel Alonso, the chef of the Embassy of Spain.
Coming form Galicia in northern Spain, Ángel has resided in Estonia for several years already, demonstrating his culinary talents working as chef in the gin bar Self and in pop up lounge Stalker during last POFF. In his native Spain, he has been awarded the title of the best tapas maker. Angel was brought up near the Atlantic Ocean where all sort of seafood is part of everyday meals. So it is not to wonder that he has a special place in his heart for seafood, which is also reflected in the menu.
Maximum number of participants is 25 persons. Participants will be divided in five groups, each responsible for one course. Price includes a welcome drink, tea, coffee, water and all the recipes.

The price for one person: 40 Euros
The course starts at 17.45 and ends 22.00.
