Circle of song and movement based on traditional Meso-American songs.

Class activities include:

Tzolkin day activity (in the Mayan calendar); recognition of the energy of the day, physical activity to name and move creatively in that energy.

Ta-ta-tapping to strengthen the psychophysical connection with the inner self.

Songs of temazcal, songs of appointment, songs of thanks, songs to nature, songs of praise.

This singing circle is designed for 3-7 year-olds, however we welcome others too.
