On the train home, she meets Ángel Sanagustín, a psychiatrist at the same clinic who investigates personality disorders through the patients’ writings. During the trip, Ángel tells her the story of Martín Urales de Úbeda, a dangerous paranoid obsessed, among other things, with garbage.
